About the Role As Care Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering clinical excellence and operational efficiency across a residential aged care service. You'll oversee care, hospitality, and compliance functions, while creating a positive and engaged team culture. You'll also be well supported by dedicated clinical and quality staff, as well as broader organisational resources across finance, people, and governance Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor care, clinical, hospitality, and support teams Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with aged care standards Manage AN-ACC funding, budgeting, and financial reporting Support residents receiving assisted living or in-home services Support a culture of collaboration, quality improvement, and resident-first care Report on service performance to executive stakeholders What You'll Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse 5 years post-registration experience, with leadership in aged care or healthcare Strong understanding of aged care standards, clinical governance, and AN-ACC (ACFI knowledge also valued) Confident leadership and team development skills Excellent communication, systems proficiency, and problem-solving ability National Police Check and full Australian working rights Desirable: Postgraduate studies in management, gerontology, or leadership Dementia care program experience How I Support You My focus is on helping you make the right move, one that supports your professional development, work-life balance, and long-term goals.
